I had a chance to take a browse through this month’s issue of
Bon Appetit magazine. For
May they decided to do a
travel issue which touches on various different foods from around the world and other cool things such as:
Japanese knives,
coconuts,
pasta parties,
steak frites etc.. This months issue is definitely worth picking up so if you see it at your local newsstand dish out the
$4.99. If your looking to improve on cooking and maybe just trying to learn a thing or two about food i'd recommend Bon Appetit mainly because it outshines a lot of food publication that are currently on the shelves in bookstores. Aswell in this issue they have an interview with famed Japanese artist
Takashi Murakami and a gang of cool write up's on some not so popular dishes and the usual Italian favorites. Thanks to Bon Appetit for always keeping my hunger informed. Be sure to click "
Read More" to see further into what the May issue has to offer.
